Sistem Tempahan Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between Sasa Teguh ("we", "us") and the organisation that signs up to use Sistem Tempahan ("customer", "you"). By signing up or using the service, you accept these terms on behalf of your organisation and confirm that you are authorised to do so.

1. The service

Sistem Tempahan is an online facility booking system hosted by us. The features available depend on the plan you choose, as shown on the pricing page and in Settings → Subscription.

2. Accounts and security

• You are responsible for all activity under your organisation's account, including users you add.
• Keep passwords and PINs secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Information given at sign-up must be accurate and kept up to date.

3. Trial, subscription and payment

• A free trial is given for the period stated at sign-up. No charge is made during the trial.
• Subscriptions are paid in advance for each cycle (monthly or yearly). An invoice is issued before each new cycle starts.
• If payment is not received after a cycle ends, the service continues during a grace period. After the grace period the account becomes read-only until payment is received. Your data is not deleted for late payment.
• Prices may change. A price change only applies to invoices issued after the change.
• Payments made are non-refundable, unless we agree otherwise in writing or the law requires it.

4. Termination

• You can stop renewal at any time from Settings → Subscription. The service stays active until the end of the paid cycle.
• You can ask for the account to be closed and its data deleted from Settings → Data. Data is deleted after the cooling-off period shown on that screen. Financial records (invoices and payments) are kept as the law requires.
• We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, with notice where reasonable.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the service for unlawful purposes, send harmful content, try to access another organisation's data, or disrupt the system.

6. Your data

The data you enter remains your organisation's. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export all your data at any time from Settings → Data.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee it is uninterrupted. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where reasonable.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version is shown on this page with its effective date, and important changes are notified to account owners.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
